Biography

Member of REACT (Radio Emergency Associated Communications Teams) Trinidad & Tobago Team 2496 from January 1986 to May 1995. Founding member of St. George County REACT Team 4928. President of St. George County REACT Team 4928 from May 2016 to May 2019, and from May 2021 to May 2024.

Licensed Ham operator from 2013, General Class licensed. Upgraded to Advanced Class in 2023, retaining call sign 9Z4RGN.

PC technician and tutor. Works for a division of the Ministry of National Security, from November 2010 to present.

Works alongside the Trinidad & Tobago Police Service Operations Command Centre (TTPS OCC), from 2019 to present.
