=============================================
As of Wednesday 12th January 2022, OFCOM has awarded GB1PBL the status of a Permanent Special Event Station.
This will allow our small group to activate the callsign more often and at just a small distance away from the Lighthouse.
Several years ago, Trinity House banned the use of amateur radio communications from within the grounds of their lighthouses.
During the 2021 ILLW weekend event, the GB1PBL shack was open both days.
SSB/DATA on 80 to 6m produced 154 QSOs.
