Diploma Toscano "50 years after the flood - November 4, 1966"

The Tuscan Regional Committee, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the flood of 1966,
organizes the diploma "50 years after the flood - November 4, 1966"

Participation: E 'open to all OM (Amateur Radio) and SWL (Shortwave listening) Italian and foreign.

Period: From 00:00 UTC on 29 October 2016 at 23:59 UTC on November 6, 2016.

Bands: All HF amateur bands allowed: 160-80-40-20-15-10 meters (excluding warc,
are not allowed QSO via repeaters).

Modes: SSB - CW - ALL DIGITAL WAYS respecting the Band Plan.

Connections: They can be connected:
* The special station II5ALL;
* Stations with names of ARI, belonging to the locality 'affected by the flood 4
November 1966 are included in the following list:

Florence IQ5FI == Empoli IQ5EM== Grosseto IQ5GR == Pisa IQ5PJ == Pontassieve IQ5HC

Each station can be connected more times throughout the duration of the diploma but one
once a day (regardless of the emission mode).

SCORING: The connection to the station with the special call II5ALL worth 25 points; one
with the station having the name of the participating sections Diploma worth 10 points;

the connection with the stations of the OM "Activators" belonging to ARI sections of
location 'participants will be worth 5 points.

The total score will be the sum of the points of the links considered valid.

LOG ON LINE

Logs must be placed by the participants on the appropriate online log at
www.arifirenze.it/alluvione, for access to the online log, it must be sent a request
by e-mail at diploma_alluvione @ arifirenze.it containing the following information: CALL,
CATEGORY NAME OPERATOR. Automatically will be sent, with the same
middle, the credentials to access the system. deadline for the update log
16/12/2016.

Diploma required: To be eligible for the diploma you will need to have reached:
- 100 points for Italians OM;
- 50 points for European OM;
- 50 points for the non-European OM.
To the category of SWL apply the same rules of OM;

The personalized diploma for each participant will be available on the website in electronic form
(Pdf) and can be downloaded for free; for those who want the fit degree
paper is a contribution of 10 Euro or $ 15 to cover expenses to be paid by
bank transfer and Paypal account, as per the instructions that will be given on the website
at: www.arifirenze.it/alluvione.


Categories: Category "A" - Italian OM; Category "B" - OM Europeans; Category "C" - OM outside Europe;
