Tender VFDB activity days 2016

The VFDB invites all licensed radio amateurs and SWL to participate in the VFDB activity days, including particularly the VFDB stations should make as many ordinary QSOs, but without getting into stress. Here interested would draw attention to our diplomas.

Part 1 = FM above 144 MHz in all modes (relay operation allowed): 09:05. from 00:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC 05/15/2016 up.
Part 2 = KW 80 and 40m in all modes: 7:11. from 00:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC 11/13/2016 up.

Each station may be worked per band only once per day /.

For submitting a cover sheet is to be finished. Here it must be noted: name, call sign, address, DOK, Evaluation Group, Evaluation Section, as well as giving all crafted Z DOKs in ascending order

Logs email will (pdf exception) in all formats accepted. The file of DO5HCS (see www.vfdb.org) and the freeware from ArComm (Ham-office) support the evaluation of the activity days.

Prices

The drivers in each competition part will get at least ten participants a price, shall be sent via pdf on request. The award will be presented BV meetings in the following year.

disqualification

Disqualification for failure to comply with the rules, unsportsmanlike conduct or approach of not taken place QSOs.
Rejection messy and illegible logs.
The decision by the contest is final and not subject. The decision is final. All previous tenders are invalid.

Since all the logs available to the award manager available from the competition, all QSOs without submitting QSL cards for all VFDB diplomas valid (analog Z-rounds).
