Usage of the DX cluster Allowed. No self-spotting allowed.
Remote control Allowed. All the transmitting and receiving antennas must be located on one and only one site smaller than a 1km circle.

Valid contacts: All contacts, where recorded calls and exchanges are identical in both logs and the rules for time are observed. Contacts with unique stations do not count. Any station which did not send their log and appears less than 3 times in other logs is considered as the unique
station.
Please also observe Notes below this table.

QSO Points: 1 point per QSO

Multipliers: (count only for valid QSOs) The last character of the worked station suffix (letter A-Z, digit 0-9) once per band and mode.
No need to indicate the multipliers in your log; the evaluation software does it automatically.

Score Calculation: Total score = total QSO points x total mults.
No need to show score in your log, the evaluation software does it automatically.

Upload the log at http://www.memorial-ok1wc.cz/index.php?page=logs
Except the really unsolvable cases do not send your log via e-mail, it is not a safe way. Many e-mail sent logs were automatically considered as spam.

Logs: Preferred format Cabrillo, allowable formats EDI and CSV. See more details here.
The contestant is responsible for his/her log. The organizer has no right to arbitrarily change
the log, with the exception of corrections of formal errors.
Penalization See common information for both HF and VHF here.

Notes:
A concurrence with another contest
A concurrence with another contest cannot be avoided. QSOs with stations of such a contest may be placed into your MWC log, too.
Instead of the serial number, the number sent by the worked station shall be placed in the MWC log as a single group of digits. It must be really a number, i.e. only a combination of numeric characters 0 to 9. No other characters (including space, slash, etc.) are allowed.
If the worked station sent a numeric code then this number shall appear in your log.
If the worked station sent an alphanumeric code then the numbers of this code shall appear in your log.
If the worked station sent only an alphabetical code then 1 (one) shall appear in your log.
See exsample below.
If a log from the worked station will arrive, the numbers will be compared with this log. If no log arrives, the rule for the unique stations will be applied.
A QSO with a not-contesting station
If a QSO was made with a not-contesting station that did not sent a serial number then place 1 (one) into your log. The rule for the unique stations will be applied.
Examples:
Exchange sent by
the worked station Exchange written to the
MWC log, alternative 1 Exchange written to the MWC log,
alternative 2 (suppressed leading zeros)
599 037 599 037 599 37
599 XYZ 157 599 157 no alternative
599 XYZ157 599 157 no alternative
599 XYZ 599 001 599 1
599 599 001 599 1
599 037 XYZ157 599 037157 599 37157
599 037/157 599 037157 599 37157
599 037 XYZ 157 599 037157 599 37157
Penalization
The only way to penalize a participant of the MWC activity is their disqualification in the relevant round. It can be applied by the contest manager for rough violation of the hamspirit, these rules or the rules for ham radio station operation as issued by the respective national authority (PTT etc.).
The above rule can be applied also when the log of a station contains too many errors that could damage other contest participants.
By participation in the MWC activity the participant declares he/she will observe all above mentioned rules and accept decisions of the contest manager. By sending the log, the participant declares that he/she kept these rules and the rules for ham radio station operation as issued by the respective national authority.
Summary (year) results
In this contest, the resulting order is evaluated for the year . The annual evaluation starts on the begin of the next year of the contest. It is based on particular rounds' results. The evaluation is performed for each category in which the participant at least once a year entered. All valid contacts that meet the requirements of that category are evaluated. The annual result is calculated as a sum of at the most 25 best results he/she achieved in the selected contest category during the year.
Exception - evaluation of the 6th year:
The 6th year of the MWC will last 9 months only since 1-Apr-2014 to 31-Dec-2014. Thus 39 rounds only will be realized in the 6th year; at the most 19 best round results will be used for the overal evaluation of the 6th year.
Awards
Based on the summary results awards are generated in electronic form for each contest participant. The awards can be downloaded from the MWC web.
The contest manager decisions are ultimate.
