Contest calendar and hamfests

• Contest: QSL V-UHF contest

To take charge of this contest and return date celebration coinciding with the IARU U-SHF, we set as our spirit of it, trying participants put on the air the largest number of provinces EA, this year we increased the challenge and open ourselves to other bands, for which, as added all participants get 35 provinces during the contest, TPEA always get the medal and when requested to URE.
Coinciding with this contest IARU UHF, all the log to be sent will be considered for both contests.

1. Organizers: The Radio Club Ayala EA2RCA and URE Spanish Amateur Radio Union.

2. Period: First weekend of October (1st and 2nd in 2016), from 14:00 UTC Saturday to 14:00 UTC Sunday.

3. Participants: all radio amateurs that have the authorization to work in the bands in which concursen may participate.

4. Frequencies and modes:
a) 144 MHz, 432 MHz and 1,200 MHz, FM, CW and SSB, within the segments recommended by IARU in each mode.
They are invalid digital modes (JT6M-JT44-FSK441-PSK31, etc.).
b) exceeding 1,200 MHz bands, all mode, on an experimental basis and in order to encourage work on these frequencies with a separate competition within the classification.

5. Scope: International.

6. Categories: In 144, 432 and 1200 MHz:
- Fixed Station.
- Portable single operator station.
- Portable multi-operator station.
- 6 Hours (single). Only in bands 144 and 432 MHz.
You can only operate from a single point throughout the contest.
The stations will be classified:
1. Fixed and monoportable per band and category.
2. Multiportable and 6 hours, only Class, all multiband effects and your score will be:
Points of each band x sum of multipliers "x" bands.

In more than 1200 bands, on an experimental basis only category that punctuate independently. Mobile stations will be considered portable stations and should always operate from the same QTH, consistent with the basis of point 9.
Any list that does not clearly specify the category in which it participates is considered void for all purposes not taking into account any form for the overall calculation of the competition.
Only in the case of portable multi-operator stations may use different indicative for each band. These lists should review their joint participation.

7. QSO: Only you can contact once with the same station per band. Contacts satellite and repeaters are not valid.
Small errors can lead to a loss of points. Be attentive and accurate in scoring a QSO when a contact is made. Any error, however small and imperceptible it may be, carries with it the loss of points with consequent damage in the classification.

8. Exchange: For each band, the control signal (RST), serial number beginning with 001 and will complete WW Locator. Although it is not mentioned, it must note the time of contact in UTC.
Portable stations are not required to spend "/ P" or "/ district" but recommended.

9. Score: In all bands the score is calculated on the basis of one point per kilometer of distance between locator.
Stations working in several bands have to send separate lists for each band.

10. Lists: lists only accepted format EDI (REG1TEST) to avoid problems will be uploaded directly to the web contests.
Swells log: Log files will be uploaded only through the Web upload logs: http://concursos.ure.es/logs/ .
The correct rise of each log (LOG BY A BAND) will be confirmed by email, with your log errors they will be reported by email at this address send UBN with the possible mistakes made.
The logs of each contest will be part of GDURE (Management Diplomas URE) and will serve to confirm the correct QSO automatically.
Problems encountered with the rise of logs may be communicated to the Committee vhf@ure.es (this direction NOT TO SEND LOG).

a file per band will be sent, and the name of the same will reflect the indicative and the band used in the format EA1XXX-144.log
No lists will be accepted on paper or in any other format or means not indicated and they must be uploaded no later than the second Monday at the conclusion of the contest.

11. Verification of lists: For a contact to be considered valid, if the correspondent station has not sent list, this should appear at least two lists, with the exception of higher than 1,200 MHz bands, where this condition is not required .

12. Prizes: Trophy or plate:
1. Absolute Champion: Sum of points obtained in the bands participating * Total multipliers on all bands * Total provinces worked on all bands.
2. Increased Number of worked provinces (sum of those obtained in all bands).
3. Increased Number Locator (sum of those obtained in all bands).
4. 1 Ranked high bands (one prize).
5. Maximum distance between two stations (received lists) in 144, 432, 1200 and higher bands.
6. Diplomas to all stations get a score greater than or equal to 25% of that obtained the highest score of the established formula.

13. Disqualification: may be disqualified participants who:
a) During the contest prevent other competitors normal participation in it, with any kind of impropriety.
b) Make nonexistent QSO appear in lists or false data.
c) do not comply with the rules to which it forces your license and / or authorization.

14. Results and claims: Once the provisional results published on the website of contests URE http://concursos.ure.es/ be available five days for possible claims vhf@ure.es . If any, this will be resolved by the competition organizers whose decision is final.
Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
Any circumstances not reflected in these remain to interpretation of the organizers, whose findings will be final.
