Objective: The objective of the contest is to promote activity on HF, contact the largest possible number of stations from different municipalities, and promoting the DME permanent award organized by URE.

Participants: Any licensed amateur station.

Dates: 2nd full weekend of August, from 13:00 UTC Saturday until 23:00 UTC, and from 05:00 UTC until 13:00 UTC Sunday (13-14 August 2016).

Mode: SSB.

Bands: 10, 15, 20, 40 and 80 meters, according the IARU Region 1 band plan.
