Biography

I am 65 yrs old and a Retired Insurance Risk Analyst.Live in the N.East corner of the Northern Cape Province of South Africa. Relativly new Ham having passed the RAE in Oct 2015.

Previously wrote the RAE almost 35 yrs ago but could not get to grips with CW. My intrest in Amateur Radio came from Electronics as a Hobby, and spurred on by a fellow Ham decided to write again.

I am active on 160 m 80M,40M ,30M,20M, and 15M. as well as 2M when in Big City areas where there is access to a local repeater networkk as well as satellite 's
Really enjoying Ham Radio and hope to have many QSO,s with fellow Hams overseas. My longest contact so far has been to a station KH7XS in hawaii some 21500kms distant.
Am also listed on QRZ.COM , EQSL, SARL, and LOTW.

I will reply to ALL QSO,s as best that i can.

Regards and 73 to all.
