Biography

I first went into Ham Radio in 1984 with a Call of ZL1UOB.In 1994 I passed my CW, and upgraded to ZL1BDW.I played around with a lot of different Modes, but my favorite was Satellite, but when Oscar13 died I lost interest. Now I'm back, and on mainly JT65 , and JT9. I'm also getting back into CW, but having to use a Decoder as most of the Stations are too fast for me to copy. So if you work me on CW look out for a lot of errors. Just turned 80 yrs so my concentration isn't the best.

Worked DXCCs:

Equipment

Rigs. Icom IC746, and IC7410
Antennas. 17m-30m-40m all Inv; V's
All very Basic at this stage.

DX Code Of Conduct

dx code of conduct small logoI support the "DX Code Of Conduct" to help to work with each other and not each against the others on the bands.
