QSL direct no SASE needed, LOTW, eQSL.
Hello and thanks for visiting my page.
First licensed in Costa Rica when I was 14 years old. My first call sign was TI2-CMS. I had many ham friends and participated as ham radio volunteer in a few emergencies mostly earthquakes that we had in Costa Rica in the early 80's.
I enjoyed putting up antennas and building them too. I learned a lot from friends that had been in radio many years before me. Friends like TI2-J Jose (Silent key), TI2-MAO, TI2-HMR, TI2-CCC, TI2-LAZ and many more. Their influence in my life as a person and as a Ham Radio operator has lasted to this day.
In the late 80’s I moved to the USA and left ham radio for a few years. In 1995 I got my first US call sign, KB7-YIZ. A few years later I left ham radio again, this time because I got married and started a family. My family life was taking most of my time, ham radio however never left me; I always had it in my heart.
