Biography
G'Day,
Thanks for visiting my page. It all started way back around 1964 when I got interested in radio. I built a small Crystal set, then went into the Army for six years. I was posted to the Royal Australian Signal Corp. I was trained as a keyboard/cypher operator, but over time was self taught into radio. I didn't learn CW and still can't read it.
Left the Army in 1972. Other things took over eg girls, marriage, kids.
In March 2013 I sat for the Foundation Licence max pwr 10w. Upgraded to Standard Licence max pwr 100w in Sept 2014.
Cheers & 73's
Greg
