| Biography I do security work in Anderson SC. I also love to fish and i spend a lot of time in Charleston SC. Radio is my main entertainment. Worked DXCCs: Equipment Hi Folks, recieved my license in 1987 and my first rig was a Yaesu 757gx that I bought at the Shelby hamfest also where I took my technician exam. I passed my general 6 months later. went on to get a Kenwood 930, and now a Yaesu FT 2000, Yaesu 757-GX, Kenwood TS-590, Kenwood 570D, TS-430s . I use a Ameritron 811H with a MFJ-962D tunner. I have a Yaesu FT 8800, Kenwood V71A dualband and a Yaesu FT 60R dualband HT for 2 meters and 440, also 2 Baofengs. I do have two radio shacks 242 and 252 2 meter mobiles for backups and a Alinco DJ-191 HT. I have up a Carolina windom 6-40 and a 80 meter inverted Vee that works real nice. I hang out listening on 3.950 late at nite when im not working and 7.2000 and anywhere on 10 meters but around 28.405 mostly and 146.610 on 2 meters.
