Biography

I first became interested in radio as a young lad. But did not take the amateur radio licence till some time in the 1990s. Bands of interest 80 meters 160 meters after dark rag chew.

My Transceivers at present are ICOM IC-775DSP and ICOM IC-781 and ICOM IC-7300

I am presently experimenting with different types of receiving aerials as the noise floor here ware I live is very high...Just reinstalled a new longer doublet aerial. It now has a hundred and eighty feet top section and Approximately 100 feet of ladder line feeder

Don’t shoot I give up better to be tried by twelve than carried by six. Four from a forty four not one less not one more.
