Started radio with a home brew crystal set at 7 years of age. Been hooked ever since. My KL7 call sign helps break through the pileups but, then disappoints when they find I am in NY state. HI HI Equipment Kenwood TS-450. 100w. Butternut HF6V vertical at 10 meters AGL. 8 radials on 40-10m and 4 on 75. 2m and 70cm operation on SSB, CW and FM with Kenwood TS-711A and Kenwood TS-811A plus Anytone dual band.
