Biography

I was first licensed in November 2010. I retired in 2016. My home has a very small yard that is surrounded by big trees. HF is my primary direction in the hobby. A good rag chew and a little DX and I'm a happy ham! I've also been lucky at buying, selling and trading 2nd hand radio gear. It has provided me a modest yet very nice social security station!
Like I said, my home has a very small yard that's surrounded by big trees. It's an interesting place to hang a wire and a low profile antenna and play ham radio! I'm using an MFJ-1835H Cobweb for 10,12,15,17 and 20 meters.
