Biography

I have been a ham since 2006. I enjoy most aspects of this hobby, but concentrate on QRP, DX Sideband and CW, tube radios, digital modes, and CW. I have lived in Lynchburg, Virginia since 1982, where I practice law as a trial attorney for businesses and professionals.

Equipment

I most often use an Elecraft KX3 or a Kenwood TS-830S, but will often be heard on my Kenwood T-599D and R-599D twins, my Drake R-4B and T-4XC, Collins KWM-2A and 30L-1, or one of several old tube transmitters, Heathkit DX-60 or DX-100. I like restoring old tube equipment, homebrewing antennas, and building QRP kits. I hope to hear you on the air soon.
