Biography

Hi,

I was born on July 10-th, 1957 in Püspökladány, Hungary. This is an agro-town on east of Hungary 60 km to the romanian (YO) border.
In September of 1975 I meet with few operators of the local Radio Club HA0KHW, and were my first steps to be HAM start to learn morse code. After a succesfull exam I received my membership of the club in spring of 1976.
My elmers was HA0HW Laci, HA0IG Andris, ex-HA0IE Jóska and HA0IF (SK). Thanks for their help and friendship on this page too.

I’m HA0IR since 1979. I like to work on 40 and 10 meters very much.
I prefer the CW, 99% of my QSOs were made on this mode.

My rig:

- FT-757 GX
- 3 el 3 band Yagi at 20 m
- multiband dipole for 80, 40, 20, 15 m on same high
- Gp for 10 m

I prefer QSLing via bureau but I can answer to direct requests too.

The picture was taken in the local museum at the Museums' night exhibition in 2012.
