Biography

The Association of Amateur Radios of Praia da Vitória (ARPV) is the largest membership association of amateur radioenthusiasts in Praia da Vitória. (CS4AR)

ARPV is the Amateur Radio Association of Praia da Vitoria. It is a non-profit organization founded in 12 of June 2013 by Francisco Rosa (CU3AU), Francisco Nogueira (CU3FB), Susana Neves Nogueira (CU3GV), Pedro Pereira (CU3DN), Ivo Santos (CU3BR), Ricardo Rosa (CR8ABH), José D´Andrade (CU3AG), Luis Baltazar (CU0AIM), Gualter Ourique (CU0AFK) and Manuela Baltazar (CU0AIY).
