- (For QSL via "Direct QSL", you must attach an envelope with prepaid brands (for Russian radio amateurs). For amateur radio operators in other countries, you must attach an envelope for your home or address, and 3 $ USA. This amount will not be me burdensome to send QSL to your address. That is not my whim, and the pricing of the Russian Post.)
- (Для получения QSL посредством "Direct QSL", необходимо приложить конверт с оплаченными почтовыми марками Почты Росии и с указанием обратного адреса - для Российских радиолюбителей). Для радиолюбителей других стран, необходимо приложить конверт для своего дома или адреса и 3$ USA. Эта сумма не будет мне обременительна для отправки QSL в Ваш адрес. Это не моя прихоть, а ценовая политика Почты России.)
