BIOGRAPHY

My first license was in 1982 as EB4WL and I got my actual license EA4CYQ in 1984. I got the Spanish authorization on 1.2GHz in 2012.

I am active member of URE, AMSAT and ARRL.

I have always practiced digital modes focused on weak signals as PSK31 and JT65.

I have built and experienced with wire antennas in the HF bands, Dipoles, Morgain, Squares and Cubical Quads.

I have devoted to Ham Satellite communications from 2000, with portable and fix setups.

With EB4DKA Pedro, we have designed the CJU and IOio antennas. They have been worldwide built and used in satellite communications.

I have published the following issues than you can find at http://www.ea4cax.com

Here you can find a relation of some of my achievements:

* I Have confirmed contacts with three different crews of the ISS.
* I have a confirmed UHF contact with Arecibo radio telescope, with a single yagui and 90Watts.
* More than 4000 via satellite contacts from 2000, in several mods, FM, SSB, BBS, APRS, Voice, SSTV and PSK31.
* The first satellite contact between Cuba and Europe.

Hundreds of digital contacts in the HF bands.

Nowadays I am involved in EME communications, I am learning of the edge of this hobby.
