68 years old, been a ham since 1975 WN3AGL novice, now advanced ... Elmer was K3IQN (George, SK) and WA3BUX (Dick, SK)
... I am on 2 meters some, but usually use 40m or 20m CW and SSB. Retired as a Sales Service Engineer from Brockway Glass/Owens Illinois at 55 to become a Methodist Evangelist. I plant house churches, do jail visitation, lead seminars and preach. I enjoy sailing, scuba diving, ham radio and most things electronic. My wife and I designed and built our own house and garage on 6 1/2 acres of ground. We have been married 25 years this year. I have a 2004 Honda VTX1300 and enjoy riding. I have a mini machine shop in my garage and love to tinker, I got into computers when they were a single circuit board on the table with a 6502 processor running at 1 mhz with 4 k of ram and used paper tape to save programs... I was a guru with DOS and ignored windows because it was a resource hog and everyone knew it would never go anywhere...hahahaha... now I just hope my laptop doesnt quit working!
